i appreciated the helpful staff. the location proved convenient for accessing various attractions. the room was well-equipped. i found the daily cleaning service to be thorough and efficient. the availability of amenities enhanced my overall experience. everything worked well. the room was cleaned every day.
the gym was a little small and sometimes crowded during peak hours.

comfortable bed useful fridge nice robes limited space missing hooks air conditioner
The hotel had a convenient mini fridge, which I found useful. The provided robes were a nice touch. The shower worked well!!!
I noticed the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. Hanging towels was difficult because the bathroom had no hooks. My room faced the air conditioning unit. This resulted in a less than ideal view.

outdated bathroom poor view
i was a bit disappointed with the room setup. the kitchenette lacked essential items like a table and chairs (i really needed a place to eat). also, the bathroom felt outdated and small considering the room size. the view from my window was not great, mostly overlooking an office building, and the street noise was noticeable, even though i requested a quiet room (i guess it is very hard to avoid noise in this city).

really good service detailed attention helpful recommendation
Carlos provided really good service, showing genuine care. He was always ready to help, addressing my needs quickly and professionally. His positive attitude and attention to detail really enhanced my stay. Anya, the concierge, offered helpful recommendations and followed up to see how things went. I found her creativity and kindness greatly appreciated. The room I had included a very useful kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge and a coffee maker.
